1. Services Provided

In-ground pool construction Outdoor kitchens & fire features Patio covers & pergolas Pool renovations & backyard design
All services are custom-tailored and subject to a written agreement before any work begins.
2. Estimates & Proposals
Project estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Estimates are not binding and may change due to site conditions, material availability, design modifications, or client requests. Final pricing will be reflected in the official project agreement.
3. Payment Terms
A signed contract and initial deposit are required to begin any work. Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in additional fees or paused project timelines.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because all work is custom and materials are ordered specifically per project, all payments are non-refundable once work begins or materials are purchased. Cancellations prior to project commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Texas Custom Pools and may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.
5. Warranty
All work is backed by a limited workmanship warranty, specific to the service provided. Warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement and may vary depending on materials, scope, and third-party vendor products.
